Could you be a Councillor and stand for what you believe in?

The county council is asking people to consider if they could be a councillor ahead of the 2021 county elections. If this is you, then why not join us at the Be a councillor information evening on Monday 8 July 2019 from 5.30pm in the Savoy Suite, The Exchange, County Hall, Preston.  This event will provide prospective candidates with the opportunity to find out more about the work of the county council, the role of a councillor and the support provided along with a brief guide to the election process.  There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and informally speak with council officers.
