Please check and print this letter (or save to a mobile device) as proof of your booking as you may be required to present this at the training course. The applicant contact details on the booking form must be completed and we will use this to contact you if the course has to be cancelled at short notice. Emergency contact details are also requested in case of an emergency whilst you are on the training. By completing these details, you are giving consent for this information to be shared with the training provider. The training provider is governed by the 2018 Data Protection Act and will only use this information for the purpose of contacting people in emergencies or cancelling a course at short notice. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the course for registration. If you arrive after the start time it is at the trainer’s discretion as to whether you will be able to take part.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel a booked place this must be done in writing: earlyyearscentre@lancashire.gov.uk You will receive confirmation of the cancellation, and the following apply:
• As we are now ‘living with Covid’, free cancellations will no longer be applicable
• Less than 2 weeks' notice – payment is non-refundable/non transferable to an alternative course
• 2 to 4 weeks' notice – delegates can transfer onto an alternative course
• More than 4 weeks' notice – delegates can be transferred onto an alternative course or a refund can be issued
Please note that non-attendance of a course will still be charged if the cancellation policy has not been followed.

You will receive a full refund or where applicable and/or the course will be re-arranged, and you will have the choice of a refund or transfer to this course.
