Who is this course for?
Owners, managers and senior staff of out of school clubs who wish to examine how they are meeting these requirements of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Course content
This recorded virtual session provides an overview of the statutory safeguarding and welfare requirements. It will provide you with the opportunity to ensure that you have robust systems in place to make certain that all requirements are met.
This will include:
- Identifying common misunderstandings and challenges
- Understating what is scrutinised at an Inspection and how to evidence compliance
- Other legislation that sits alongside these requirements
- Keeping staff and parents informed
This will give you the opportunity to identify any areas of weakness and plan how you will strengthen these.
