New to the EYFS
Who is this course for?
This course is suitable for practitioners working in both the PVI and maintained school sector.
Course contentÂ
Working with young children is exciting, challenging and different every day. This course considers the special nature of working in the early years. It is designed as an introduction to the EYFS and to help practitioners familiarise themselves with both the statutory and guidance documents that support us in our work with young children.
A first look at how to observe, assess and plan to meet the needs of children in the early years is also incorporated into the day.
Practitioners attending the full day training will receive comprehensive course booklets and guidance documents.
