Out of School Club Membership
Do you want to ensure that you are offering the best provision for your children and families? Do you offer out of school club facilities either through your school offering governor led provision or through a private, voluntary or independent separately registered setting?
Your out of school club will be inspected by Ofsted as either part of the whole school inspection or, if you have an independently registered club, through a stand-alone inspection.
We are excited to offer a new bespoke package of support for out of school provision. The package will support your team to ensure the quality of your provision and the best outcomes for your children.
The Early Years Quality Improvement Team in Lancashire have a team of qualified and experienced development officers and one of them will be assigned to the person leading your club on a day-to-day basis.
The support package includes:
- Access to each half termly live virtual workshop to support the development of practice
- Unlimited access to the Early Years Professional Development Centre
- Range of in-house training packages led by your Development Officer available to access
- Support visits initially auditing compliance and then later looking at the role of play work in supplementing the experiences of the school day
- Email/telephone support from a named development officer
- Access for managers and leaders to a termly update meeting for managers
- Access to Out of School Clubs MS Teams channel; for information, sharing ideas and sector updates
- Free subscription to the termly 'Spotlight' magazine for ongoing professional development
- Weekly bulletin: email round up of information to support practice sent to your setting
- Reduced members prices for workshops, Instant Access and training course (Excludes PFA and Safeguarding)

Visits
If you are not a member of our Out of School Clubs membership, but would like a visit from your Development Officer, contact them to discuss what they can do to help you support the quality in your setting.
Support visits are then charged at £150 each.
