Proposals: Employment of an Enhanced Bus Partnership Manager as part of the Public Transport Team to manage the Enhanced Partnership between Lancashire County Council and public bus operators.

Scheme: Transport Focus Bus Passenger Survey

Location: Countywide

Proposals: To employ Transport Focus to provide 1,000 surveys within Lancashire as part of their national bus passenger survey.
