Lancashire County Council is proposing to discontinue the nursery provision delivered by Rosewood Primary School, Rosewood Avenue, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 2PH by permanently raising its age range from 3-11 years to 4-11 years with effect from 1 August 2025.
