If you have any comments about the health services you receive, please contact the individual involved or the team manager for the service. You can find the service information on the SEND Directory.

If you have difficulty getting in touch with the service or you wish to make a formal complaint or share a compliment, please contact the service provider. This will be the NHS trust.

If you have any comments about the health services available in your area or the way different services are working together, please contact the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB).
