Pre planning application highways advice service

Before submitting a planning application we recommend discussing your proposed development with Lancashire County Council as the Highway Authority.

It has been recognised that there are clear benefits to Developers in early engagement in the planning process to support developers and provide relevant, accurate up to date advice on how individual developments will impact on the highway network to prevent any issues that could potentially affect your application.
