The Ripple Pond - is a charity that provides confidential peer support to Armed Forces families, alongside a community where you can feel a sense of belonging and connection. Our peer support service puts you in touch face-to-face, or virtually, with other families in similar situations to give and receive genuine support and understanding. Membership is free, and the joining process is very simple. The Ripple Pond is not a crisis organisation. Army Welfare Service (AWS) - is the Army’s professional welfare provider; it delivers a comprehensive and confidential welfare service to Regular and Reserve individuals, families and the Chain of Command in order to maximise the operational effectiveness of Service Personnel. Personal Support services help with matters such as: Domestic Abuse, Child & Adult Safeguarding, Bereavement, Relationship Difficulties, Stress & Anxiety Management, Emotional Wellbeing.
