New Sharepoint intranet site

• Work has started on creating our new Sharepoint intranet site.
• Building on the valuable feedback collected from last year's intranet survey, the new site will support collaboration, content management, and seamless integration with our other digital tools.  
• The new intranet will create an inclusive and engaging area where you can easily find the right information and resources needed to support you at work. 
• We'll be sharing more information with you over the coming weeks and months.
• Please keep an eye on staff news for further updates and the opportunity to help shape its identity.

Simpler recycling

• Changes to how we recycle in the workplace are coming into force from 31 March 2025, as part of the Government's commitment to simpler recycling in England.
• The changes will impact all our premises and schools and will require us to separate dry recyclable waste, food waste and black bin waste.
• We are currently looking at our arrangements for meeting these requirements and further information will be made available soon.
• We will be speaking to premise managers about this in the next few weeks as we prepare for implementing these changes across the county.
