This new body will transfer powers from central government to local decision-makers in Lancashire, including Lancashire County Council, Blackburn with Darwen Council, and Blackpool Council.
The first meeting of the new authority will be held at County Hall in Preston on Tuesday, March 11.
This five-year plan sets out our shared ambitions for the future of our county.
To reflect our new ambitions, we updated our PowerPoint templates, which can be found on the intranet in the Communications/How do I section. Everyone should be using these templates as they contain our new ambitions. You may also notice our new desktop background, which also reflects these ambitions.
Changes to how you order corporate devices
Over the next few months there will be changes made to how corporate devices are ordered and managed.
These changes include how you order laptops and mobiles.
Services will no longer procure laptops or mobiles with their own budgets; all budgets will be centralised into Digital Services.
Requests for new corporate devices will need to be submitted to Digital Services.
Devices that are no longer in use must be returned to Digital Services as soon as possible. This can be done by completing the ICT Equipment Returns catalogue item or by leaving the device/s at DigiPlace in County Hall.
