This gives us all an important opportunity to recognise the fantastic work and contribution that so many of you make to improving the lives of our Lancashire residents. You can nominate colleagues, teams and managers.

The 'Leading Lancashire' framework was introduced in May, starting with levels 1 and 2 for the Executive Management Team and Directors.
We have just launched the Level 3 framework for Heads of Service.
To provide direction and accountability for leaders, the framework includes the four spheres that determine good leadership – responsibilities, capabilities, behaviour, and results.
Moving forward, the principles and elements of the framework will be woven into the fabric of how we recruit, develop, support and performance manage our leaders.
Heads of Service will start to talk with their teams about the framework and explore how they use it to ensure they make the most positive impact in the workplace.
Work is underway to shape a level 4 framework for all people managers and we will update you as this work develops.
Register of Interests Declaration
It is very important that we keep an accurate and up-to-date record of all financial or personal interests across the organisation.
This is because some outside roles might overlap or conflict with things that the council does, and these must be declared as an 'interest'.
You must declare any financial or personal interest, as set out in section 5 of our Statement of Ethical Standards, that you feel could be a conflict or might be seen as conflicting with the council’s interests.
