Supporting good days @ work - survey
This survey is for staff in Adult Social Care & Wellbeing, Education and Children's Services and Public Health, Wellbeing and Communities.
By taking this opportunity to share your workplace experiences and what you think about the emotional support currently available for you at work, you will help shape future improvements to create the right types of support for all of us in the workplace.
The survey is confidential, and the link below takes you to an external webpage managed by Warren Larkin Associates, which Lancashire County Council has no access to, so please be honest in your feedback. In analysing and reporting on the data Warren Larkin Associates will take significant steps to ensure that no single individual can be identified through any of the responses.
How to complete your survey:
- It will take about 10-15 minutes to complete the survey.
- Please answer all the questions.
- Answer the questions from a personal perspective, based on your experience of your own work life, unless the question directly asks for views on Lancashire County Council as a whole.
- Please submit your completed questionnaire by 5pm on 16 February 2024.
Sometimes we can need additional wellbeing support and you can find a range of support, advice and guidance to help you or a colleague on a variety of issues on the Employee Wellbeing intranet pages / external pages.
The Employee Assistance Programme is available to all staff and their families offering counselling and advice on a variety of personal, family or workplace issues when you need it.
Information on how your data is handled can be found here: People Services - Lancashire County Council
