Disabled Workers Forum

The Forum is a space for individual members to share good practice, contribute to LCC policy change, join in discussion groups, raise issues and concerns they need help and support with, and listen to speakers.

Forum of Asian, Black and Ethnic Employees (FABEE)

Supporting BME staff from across the County Council and promoting an environment where they enjoy equal opportunities to learn, grow and develop their skills and talents; where employees lead fulfilling work and personal lives and accept responsibility for their actions.

LGBTQ+ employee network

The LGBT network exists to promote equality for staff and the people of Lancashire. The network provides staff with an opportunity to meet other staff, raise issues and help to shape and influence Lancashire County Council culture and policies.

Employee Support Team

Impartial help and emotional support to employees who have personal and employment related issues and concerns that are impacting on their health and job performance.
