Staff voice groups

Change Influencers work closely with team members to share information and provide opportunity for questions and feedback. Staff Voice Groups can be a great way to facilitate this with colleagues from different roles and levels across the service.

Staff Voice Groups play a key role in helping shape plans for change and improvement within the service and wider council and they make an invaluable contribution to what we’re trying to achieve.

Some Staff Voice Groups meet in person, some via Teams, while others stay in contact via Teams Channels or WhatsApp. There is no right or wrong way to do this; it’s just about what works for you and your service.
