Our role and remit

Change Influencers are people who want to make a positive difference within Lancashire. The most critical quality of a Change Influencer is the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and embrace challenges with positivity and passion to get results.

Our role

Our role is about being:

  • Change advocates: Heavily involved in shaping change and improvement in our organisation.
  • Influencers: Comfortable taking the lead, influencing action and adoption within our services.
  • A staff voice: Sharing information with colleagues and inviting their feedback.
  • Information gatherers and consultants: Advising and evidencing how things are working in practice.
  • Forward-thinkers: Solution-focused with the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Collaborators: Approachable and respectful, supporting others to get involved.

Our remit

Our remit covers team, service and organisation-wide change, including not limited to improvements to communication, engagement and ways of working. 

However there are certain areas outside our sphere of control, including nationally agreed terms and conditions (such as pay) or local site arrangements or corporate policy (such as parking).
