Our purpose

The Change Influencer Network exists to capture the experience of change at Lancashire County Council, providing leadership with a real-time pulse on employee sentiment.

Change Influencers help the organisation understand how change feels for employees. They act as organisational listeners within their teams and services to gather feedback, share insights, and ensure staff voices shape decision-making. 

Our work

Throughout 2025/26, we will focus on supporting the organisation to become future-ready, by providing valuable intelligence on employee experiences of change.

We work on a commissioning model, where Change Influencers are asked to gather feedback on organisation-wide change initiatives or service / directorate-level change programmes. Change Influencers are also commissioned locally by their management teams as needed.
