The Property Resources Team

Resource Management activities including:

• Management of Property Group activities in support of financial or PPP initiatives such as PFI
• Commissioning of property services from external consultants as required
• Capital strategy and planning for capital investment
• Implementation of County Council and Central Government property related issues
• Provision of comprehensive Health & Safety service to the Resources Directorate and the Office of the Chief Executive
• Co-ordination, management and monitoring the procurement of property related services including the development and implementation of new procurement methods
• The measurement of corporate property and the production/maintenance of electronic drawings
