The Property Assets Team

Asset Management activities including:

• Strategic management of the County Council's property portfolio
• Development and Implementation of the Corporate Asset Management Plan and Property Strategy
• Property review and rationalisation
• Provision of strategic property advice and management services.
• Management and co-ordination of office utilisation and occupancy
• Provision of Strategic Planning advice and consultancy services.
• Co-ordination of performance management and monitoring across all Property Group services
• Management of Quality Assurance to ISO Accreditation Standards across all Property Group services
