The Estates unit

The Estates Unit provides a wide range of professional estate management services to a diverse base of both internal and external clients.

The Unit comprises the following teams:

• The Urban Estates Team

  • The Urban Estates Team - The Urban Estates Team provides a property acquisition and disposal service as well as valuation, landlord and tenant and day-to-day estate management.
  • The Land Survey Team - The Land Survey Team offers a full range of land surveying and map production services

  • The Assets Rating Team - The Assets Rating Team provides a specialist professional service covering all aspects of assets and rating valuations

• The Land Agency Team
  The Land Agency Team can advise you on all aspects of rural estate management, agricultural planning and countryside access.

• The County Buildings Team
  The County Buildings Team provides and manages the day-to-day running of the County Buildings property portfolio.

• The Maintenance Unit
  The Maintenance Unit provides a day-to-day routine maintenance and repair service to the Headquarters office buildings of Lancashire County Council in Preston.
