The County Buildings Team

Provides and manages buildings controlled by the Portfolio Holder for Policy, Resources, Best Value and Member Support to enable the users of these buildings to carry out their specific activities.

This includes:

• commissioning the repair and maintenance of buildings
• provision of fire protection, emergency evacuation and security
• cleaning of the buildings
• provision of portering and reception services and car park management
