Energy Conservation
The Energy Engineer can provide a comprehensive service covering all aspects
of energy related matters including electricity, fuel and water.
Energy conservation management includes water cost savings and 50/50 shared savings initiatives. The Energy Team also provide a separate ‘ Helpdesk’ for Energy Club Members.
The Basic Service comprises:
Monitoring - monitoring, targeting, analysis and certification of accounts;
cost apportionment of split ownership premises; building/plant energy
performance analysis; heating control system checks; design and supervision
of energy conservation works.
Development - introduction and control of energy management systems and energy performance contracts; evaluation of and implementation of energy saving techniques; design and supervision of energy saving initiatives.
