The Building Surveying Practice will manage, on the client's behalf, all the repairs and maintenance aspects of individual buildings by providing a rapid response and strict budgetary control for building repairs. Inspection services will report, monitor and advise clients of future maintenance needs and service contracts are let and administered to meet essential Health and Safety legislation.

The building surveying service is provided at local level from three area offices covering North, South and East Lancashire while a Special Services Team offers, amongst other things, engineering service contract management
