Check your borrower record online or by phone
If you are a registered user of the library service (click here to find out how to become a member), you can check the details of your borrower record and renew online by logging in to your Online Borrower Account or over your telephone with our automatic .
All you will need is your Membership Number and PIN (Personal Identification Number).
3 Ways to sign up for a PIN number if you don't already have one
- Pop along to your local library -You'll need your Membership Card.
- Email library@lancashire.gov.uk - Don't forget to state your name, address and Membership Number. Your PIN will be posted to you (for security reasons we cannot email it)

- It's possible to renew items up to 10 times using this service.
- Some items may not be renewed.
- Some audio-visual items may be subject to loan charges on renewal.
- Any item that has been requested by another borrower may not be renewed.
- Overdue items may be subject to overdue loan charges
