(A646 BURNLEY ROAD, CLIVIGER, BURNLEY BOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2010
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lancashire County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle or cycle from proceeding at a speed exceeding 30mph over that length of A646 Burnley Road, Cliviger, from a point 355 metres from the railway bridge in a westerly direction to a point 355 metres from the railway bridge in an easterly direction, in the Borough of Burnley.
The Police, Fire and Ambulance Services have been informed.
The temporary speed restriction is necessary during re-construction works of the railway bridge.
The prohibition will be operative from 2000 hours on Saturday 6th March 2010 until 0600 hours on Monday 15th March 2010.
