Support For Individual Teachers In Post
Support
The Recruitment and Retention Team offers an individual support service for those teachers who may be facing difficulties.
Individuals are referred either through the NQT adviser or through the Schools Personnel Team. Teachers can also contact us directly. The support takes the form of professional counselling. In exceptional cases there is also provision of a professional development grant for those teachers who would benefit from specialist courses.
