Flexible Working Patterns

The Recruitment and Retention Team is committed to supporting teachers who wish to adopt flexible working patterns, such as part-time teaching and explore the option of job sharing.

Schools, particularly secondary schools often find this a more feasible option if two people apply together for a job share post. To facilitate this the team has initiated a Job Share Register for those who are interested in job share , or other flexible working patterns.
