Creative Employment Packages

The Recruitment & Retention Team, in line with The House of Commons Select Committee Report, strives to encourage schools to offer flexible working practices, such as job share, part-time contracts and the pooling of staffing expertise across clusters of schools. The team is now holding a register for those teachers who wish to be considered for flexible working arrangements.
