It's 6am and you are one of a two-man crew. You will need to stock up with food and drink for many hours on the water and wrap up in warm woollens and waterproofs against the biting winter cold and penetrating wet and damp.

The weather is promising and you will need to row out to the boat. It is moored offshore. There is a light wind ideal for our task. As soon as you get on board take a quick look around the boat, soon we will be hoisting the sails.
