Course Booking Terms and Conditions

• Receipt of online bookings will be confirmed by e-mail. This is not confirmation of a course place.
• All course places will be confirmed by letter to both the applicant and the headteacher/head of establishment before the start of the course. You are advised not to attend without confirmation.
• All LCC Maintained Establsihments will be billed by journal transfer. All other clients will be invoiced after the event.
• The full course fee will be charged for cancellations received within eight working days of the start of the course.
