If you are having problems getting hold of someone to help, Lancashire County Council has many staff trained and willing to assist. Sometimes you just can’t think who to ask - and this is where visionlancashire's Joan comes in.
Joan answers all the letters she receives and some will feature in visionlancashire. Others may take a while as Joan will seek responses from other council teams.
