Revitalising Town Centres is a pilot scheme operating in Clitheroe, Chorley, Lytham and St Annes will give businesses and residents an opportunity to voice how they would like to see funds spent to boost the local economy.
The idea is to encourage town centre advocates to share ideas with the authority which will be considered and then acted upon. The consultation process for the schemes is already underway and we are encouraging all businesses and residents to get involved and have their say.
The project is embracing social media sites to get as many views as possible. Visit the 4 towns' Facebook and Twitter profiles through the links provided below. Alternatively the town centre libraries will have postcards available for you to write down your ideas.
Final decisions will be worked through using local business forums and Chambers of Trade and residents notified prior to the project start dates.
