How to find us

As you would expect from such a prestige development, Lancashire Business Park enjoys superb communications. Situated to the south of Preston and on the outskirts of Leyland, the Business Park is just a mile from Junction 29 of the M6 motorway at its intersection with the M61 and M65 motorways. The Irish Sea ports of Liverpool, Heysham and Fleetwood can be reached in under one hour’s drive and Manchester International Airport, Speke in Liverpool and Blackpool Airport are all accessible in under 45 minutes. An added attraction is the Park’s direct access to the main West Coast rail line via fully-signalled sidings.

From South

Approaching via M6 from the South Leave at Junction 28 and turn right onto B5256 (signed to Lancs Business Park), turn left onto A49 Wigan Road, turn left onto A5083 Lydiate Lane Turn left onto Stanifield Lane Turn right at traffic lights onto Centurion Way go straight to the end at the mini round and take the 3rd exit (black & yellow kerb stones) to Estate Office car park.

From Manchester/Bolton

Approaching via M61 from Manchester/Bolton Leave M61 at Junction 9 and join M65 Follow M65 to the end and turn left onto A582 Turn left at next roundabout, signed Leyland Turn right at traffic lights onto Centurion Way go straight to the end at the mini round about drive into the site take the First Right, Business link can be found on the right hand side.
